Skin care after sun!
While the sun is wonderful for providing energy, light, and heat, it also dries out and damages skin and hair. Physical sunscreen, which provides effective protection, sticks the whole day. To cleanse it we recommend using a cleansing oil or shower gel and a sponge, which with a gentle exfoliating effect helps remove the sunscreen from the skin.
The skin should be prepared for the sun in advance, but aftercare is also an important part of spring and summer skin care. After a sunny day, it's a good idea to pamper your skin with a nourishing cream and moisturise with a soothing aloe vera, lavender water or calendula cream. Hair also needs a revitalising treatment, such as a hair mask.
Tip: Since most fluids are lost through the skin, you should drink more fluids the more you are exposed to the sun.
